3. Gameplay and Fair Use
H-POP is designed to be fair, fun, and fast-paced. You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to cheat.
Exploit bugs or loopholes in gameplay.
Share answers or disrupt others' experience.
Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or behavior.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
An $8 monthly subscription provides 40 plays per month and access to bonuses like "Play Till You Win."

Additional perks may be offered at higher subscription levels.
Payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party providers.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

5. Prizes and Rewards
Winning players receive various rewards including, but not limited to:
Digital credits
Gift cards or merchandise
Real estate down payment credits (for long-term subscribers)

All rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, and availability. Fraud or abuse may void winnings.

6. Intellectual Property
All game content — including videos, questions, logos, mascot, and design — is owned by H-POP or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the game without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
H-POP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Any loss of data, rewards, or profits.
Game interruptions, bugs, or downtime.
Third-party offers, discounts, or services.
Play responsibly and understand that no outcome is guaranteed.

8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the system.
